Your organizer page has a unique QR code that makes it easy to promote all your events:
  1. Navigate to your Organizer Dashboard and click on "Organizer Profile"
  2. Find the "Share Your Page" section with your unique QR code
  3. Download the QR code in high resolution (PNG or SVG format)
  4. Share on social media, print on flyers, or display at venues
  5. When scanned, it directs people to your main organizer page showing all upcoming events
The QR code updates automatically as you add new events, so you can use the same code across all marketing materials.

Each event has its own unique promotional tools:
  • Direct Event Link: A short, shareable URL (e.g., stubs.com/event/your-event-name) that takes attendees straight to your event page
  • Event QR Code: Unique QR code for each event, perfect for posters and physical marketing
  • Custom Tracking Links: Create multiple links with UTM parameters to track different marketing campaigns
  • Social Share Links: Pre-formatted links optimized for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn sharing

  1. Buy Button: Simple HTML button that links to your event
    • Copy the embed code from "Promotion Tools > Embed Options"
    • Customize button color, size, and text
    • Paste into any website or blog
  2. Ticket Widget: Interactive widget showing event details and ticket options
    • Displays event image, date, and available ticket types
    • Allows ticket selection without leaving your site
    • Responsive design works on all devices
